Russia says a meeting is only for a final peace deal. The European Union will lend Ukraine 90 billion euros. This money comes from Russian money in EU banks. Hungary said yes to this plan. Ukraine will use this money for weapons. But the war is still bad. Many people died in Dnipro and Odesa. Some buildings in the city of Syzran are also broken.
