Brazil and Guyana are making more oil to help the world. China is selling more solar and wind power tools. Many people in China now use electric cars. This means China needs less oil. Some poor countries in Africa have problems. Food is more expensive because gas for farms is expensive. These countries do not have much fuel in storage.
