CBSE Announces Dates for Class 10 Second Exam
Introduction
CBSE is a big school board in India. It gave the dates for the second Class 10 exam. The exam is from May 15 to May 21, 2026. This is part of a new plan with two exams. The plan wants to make students feel less worried about one big exam.
Main Body
The second exam starts with Mathematics on May 15. It ends with Social Science on May 21. All exams are from 10:30 in the morning to 1:30 in the afternoon. Students can get their admit cards from the CBSE website soon. The board will say how many students are taking the exam on Friday. Only students who took the first exam can take the second exam. They can try to get better scores in up to three subjects. These subjects are Science, Mathematics, Social Science, and Languages. The first exam was from February 17 to March 11, 2026. The results came on April 15, 2026. 93.70% of students passed the first exam. That is a little more than last year. 94.99% of female students passed. 92.69% of male students passed. 87.50% of transgender students passed. This is the first year with two exams. The final result will use scores from both exams.
