Uttarakhand Board Announces 2026 Class 10 and 12 Examination Results

On April 25, 2026, the Uttarakhand Board of School Education (UBSE) released the results for the Class 10 and Class 12 board examinations. Students can access their scorecards through multiple official channels.

The results were announced during a press conference attended by Board Secretary Vinod Prasad Simalti, Education Minister Dhan Singh Rawat, and Chairman Dr Mukul Sati. Candidates can view their results on the official website ubse.uk.gov.in, as well as on uaresults.nic.in, the DigiLocker platform, and via SMS by sending a message with the format "UT12 [roll number]" to 5676750. Additionally, the Hindustan Times education portal provides an alternative access point. The examinations for both classes were conducted from February 21 to March 20, 2026. A total of 2,23,403 students registered, comprising 1,13,690 for Class 10 and 1,09,713 for Class 12. Among these, 2,16,718 were regular candidates and 6,669 were private candidates. For Class 10, the overall pass percentage was 92.10%, with female students achieving 98.07% and male students 88.03%. In Class 12, the overall pass percentage was 85.11%, with girls at 88.09% and boys at 81.93%. At the district level, Bageshwar recorded the highest Class 12 pass rate at 94.81%. Toppers include Akshat Gopal (Class 10, 98.20%), and Geetika Pant and Sushila Mendiratta (Class 12, 98% each). In 2025, the Class 10 pass percentage was 90.77% (girls 93.25%, boys 88.20%), and Class 12 was 83.23% (girls 86.20%, boys 80.10%). The 2026 figures indicate an improvement in overall pass rates for both classes.
