EU Gives Money to Ukraine and Oil Problems in Germany
Introduction
The European Union (EU) will give a loan of 90 billion euros to Ukraine. This happened because an oil pipe is working again. At the same time, Russia will stop sending oil from Kazakhstan to Germany in May 2026.
Main Body
Some countries did not want to give the money before. Now they agree. Ukraine fixed the oil pipes. Russia had broken them before. Also, Hungary has a new leader. This leader wants to help Ukraine. Ukraine will use the money until 2027. They will pay the money back using Russian money from the future. Germany has a problem with oil. A big factory in Germany needs oil for Berlin. Russia will stop the oil from Kazakhstan. This factory gets some oil from Kazakhstan. Germany says it is okay. They will buy oil from ships at the sea instead. Oil prices are high now. There are problems in Iran. This makes plane fuel hard to find. Experts say Russia does this to make Europe afraid. The EU also made new rules to punish Russia. These rules hurt Russian banks and trade. Also, Britain says Russia is attacking computers in Europe. In Ukraine, police arrested some army officers in Odesa.
Conclusion
Ukraine now has money for a few years. But Germany still has problems with oil. Europe wants to stop using Russian oil and pipes. This is a difficult change.
