Introduction

Lewis Moody was the captain of the England rugby team. He has a sick brain and nerve disease called MND. Now, he wants to help other people. He will ride a bike for 500 miles in June 2026 to raise money.

Main Body

Lewis Moody started this project in September. He is working with a friend named Kenny Logan. Lewis and his friends will ride bikes from Newcastle to London. Famous rugby players and his two sons will ride with him. Lewis feels okay now. But his shoulders are weak. He cannot do some small things with his hands. He wants to ride the bike now because he might get sicker later. He is happy because doctors have new medicines today. He wants to show that he is still strong.
